Stickers are a playful yet powerful way to express yourself, which is why I wanted to create a project that could bring them to life in 3d. I started by recreating an Arigato Rolling Tray from Axel Arigato. Then I scanned a variety of my favorite stickers, including some already applied to notebooks, in order to further customize the tray. I turned my photos into 3d textures, which helped me deepen my understanding of surface imperfections. Another fun part of the project was playing with Redshift fisheye lenses and subsequent perspective distortions.
